Got rear ended last night. I’m okay first off, but the GLI’S exhaust is bent, and the bumper is toast.

PSA with this is leave adequate room to stop in the wet. The guy in front of me didn’t so he had to brake hard suddenly, forcing me to do the same. Unfortunately the guy behind me didn’t leave enough space for himself to stop in time, so I was his brake

Now to figure out insurance and why my neck hurts.

one thing i like about the WRX is that if the POS infront of my has to stop short, the WRX will have the ability to stop shorter. the downside to this is that the POS behind me will not....

Because otherwise he may misrepresent the facts, stating someone pushed him into you, or that you purposefully stopped short to make him hit you, etc. Also, your insurance agent may call his insurance agent and try to work out a better deal between themselves.
